A Thoughtful Tribute: A Bench in Memory of a Cherished Resident
At Regal Care, we are often reminded of how deeply connected our residents and their families become to our care home communities. Recently, we were humbled to receive a beautiful gesture of thanks from the family of one of our late residents at Linden Manor, a handcrafted garden bench, donated in her memory.
This special bench was given by Vivienne Bailey’s children and grandchildren as a heartfelt thank-you to our team for the care and compassion shown during her time with us. Throughout her stay, our staff supported her through her health challenges with dignity and respect, ensuring her comfort and well-being at every stage.
It means so much to us to hear that her family felt reassured and confident in the support we provided, especially during such a sensitive time. Their words of appreciation remind us why we do what we do, to provide not just care, but comfort, dignity, and peace of mind for both residents and their loved ones.
The bench, inscribed in her memory, is placed in our garden where other residents can rest, reflect, and enjoy the sunshine. A fitting tribute to a woman who meant so much to her family and who became part of our care home family, too.
We are truly grateful for this kind gesture and will cherish this thoughtful memorial for years to come.
