Both my parents are having respite care for one month whilst their bungalow gets much needed work on it. The carers are always polite, patient and helpful. My parents say the food is always lovely and tasty. I visit every day without an appointment and the place is always clean. It was the best home we viewed. Mum has a tv in her room and dad has a sensor mat for when he gets up.

Daughter of Resident

First experience of staying in a care home went well from being greeted at the door by a staff member, who was amazing in assisting with the settling in and making my husband feel comfortable. The manager and all staff were excellent. Please tell them we hope to see them again in the future. Many thanks to you all.

Theresa Marshall

Registered Manager

View Bio
I started out in care when my children were small, I worked night shifts once they got older and then I moved on to day shifts. I progressed to senior carer quickly before being promoted to deputy manager, where I worked closely with the manager for 8 years in a dementia home which I loved. I completed my level 5 registered manager award in that time. I then felt it was time to venture on my own and became the registered manager of a medium sized home, putting what I had previous learnt into practise. I then moved to Hastings and felt I needed to find somewhere closer to home, I'm so glad I did, as that's when I found Park Beck 7 months ago and I have not looked back!

Deputy Manager

View Bio
I joined Park Beck in early 2022, starting as a housekeeper and worked my way up to Deputy Manager. I spend my days either in the office supporting the home manager in the running of the home or on the floor with the residents. Seeing the residents smiling, laughing and feeling safe within the home motivates me to do the best that I can .
