Our leisure and lifestyle services are a central part of our home. We are dedicated to enabling and encouraging the residents to lead an activity based lifestyle.
The activity programmes are devised to be person centred and meet our individual residents' needs. They have a multifaceted approach and are devised to be; creatively, physically, emotionally and cognitively stimulating.

Regulated activities include, weekly visits from the hairdresser and 6 weekly chiropody. We also do weekly massages, food tastings from different cultures, 'Pat Dog' visits, YouTube music selections, quizzes, reading aloud from popular books, indoor football, Skittles, balloon tennis, beanbag target, group singing, arts and crafts such as cake decorating and pebble and paper painting, indoor gardening and themed topics conversations of current news or events

Monthly we have; Pet pals – various animals ranging from sheep, rabbits, chicks, ducks, aromatherapy, Holy Communion and various singers from keyboard players to Elvis – (Not the real one obviously). Every other month we have cream teas, wine and cheese evening with musical entertainment.

National and international celebrations – such as Chinese New Year, Wimbledon and The World Cup

Resident of the week and one-to-one activities of their choice with the activity coordinator ensure we cater for individual preferences.
