Good nutrition plays a vital role in dementia care, and our teams continually look for ways to make dining experiences engaging, meaningful, and tailored to individual needs.
The recognition in The Diversity and Dementia Award category reflects our commitment to treating every person as an individual. We understand that every resident arrives with their own life story, culture, experiences, beliefs, and preferences. Creating inclusive environments where people feel understood, respected, and valued is an important part of the care we provide.
The nomination for The Dementia Registered Manager Award (Residential) acknowledges the leadership that helps shape positive care environments where residents, families, and staff feel supported.
