We are incredibly proud to announce that Precious Salvador, Senior Care Assistant at The Hollies, has been Highly Commended in the Palliative Care Worker Award for Residential and Nursing Homes category at the Palliative Care Awards 2025.
Precious has been a valued member of The Hollies team since March 2017, consistently demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Philippines and has continuously advanced her professional development with numerous qualifications. These include NVQ Level 2, certifications in Equality and Diversity, Levels 2 and 3 in Dementia Care, and Levels 3 and 5 in End of Life Care. She is also currently completing her Level 5 in Management in Adult Care.
What truly sets Precious apart is not only her expertise, but the heartfelt care she provides to every resident she supports. Her motto—“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans. Have faith and never give up”—is reflected in her daily work and the deep impact she has on those around her.
