The Hollies Care Home in Tunbridge Wells is set back from the road in a charming quiet leafy street in Southborough. The beautiful grand Georgian House with manicured private gardens to the rear has delightful character and charm. The home offers a comfortable homely environment, with the warmth and friendliness you would wish for. There is also a nice secluded garden which is lovely in the summer months, with plenty of seating for all.
Regal Care offers person-centred care for all of our residents as we want to make sure that everyone feels at home in The Hollies. Our Tunbridge Wells care home provides a caring community for your loved ones to settle and we strive to make them feel at home. We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of care to all of our residents and we continuously make sure that we adhere to high standards in our care home.
All of our Health Care Assistants are recruited for their passion and dedication to care. We have high expectations which are facilitated by the outstanding training we provide which covers a broad spectrum of subjects and specialisms in Health and Social Care. Promoting a holistic approach to the daily health and social needs of our residents: it is not just a job but a vocation.
We know that every person is an individual and requires a different level of care to someone else. That is why we take this into consideration in making sure that we offer personalised care for each resident. This also makes all of our residents feel welcome and reassured that somebody is caring for them when they need it the most. Above all we want our residents to be happy in their new residence which is what we strive to achieve. We are driven by our leisure and lifestyle services where promotion of independence, dignity and individuality is a priority.
It is our aim to provide a happy, secure and home from home environment with warm and friendly staff where making new and happy memories are a priority. That is why we offer an extensive programme of wellbeing activities to keep our residents engaged. We also provide WiFi in our Tunbridge Wells care home, as well as computer and tablet facilities for our residents so they can always get in touch with their loved ones.
