Shelley Lupu of The Hollies has been awarded the prestigious Dementia Care Awards 2025 in the category of The Dementia Frontline Leader Award

We are delighted to share that Shelley Lupu, Deputy Manager at The Hollies, has been recognised with the The Dementia Frontline Leader Award at the prestigious Dementia Care Awards 2025.

Shelley began her journey with Regal Care in February 2012 as a Care Assistant. Over the years, through her dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence, she has grown into her current role as Deputy Manager.

Shelley is passionate about continuous learning and professional development. She has successfully completed NVQ Levels 2 and 3, holds a Level 5 qualification in End of Life Care, and is close to finishing her NVQ Level 5.

What truly sets Shelley apart is her unwavering belief in kindness, patience, and respect—values she lives by every day and shares with everyone around her. Her work continues to inspire her colleagues and bring comfort and dignity to those in her care.

We are incredibly proud of Shelley for this well-deserved recognition, and we thank her for the positive difference she makes at The Hollies and beyond.
