Regal Care is a group of 15 family run care homes situated across the U.K. in Kent, Essex, East Sussex, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Yorkshire. As a multi-award-winning care home provider, our heritage is rooted in compassion, care, and community.
Family is at the heart of everything we do. This ethos extends beyond our ownership to include our dedicated staff and beloved residents, whom we consider part of our extended family.
In 2015, Regal Care joined its sister company Nicholas James Care Homes, under shared family leadership, unifying a legacy of care and service – because ‘Care is in our DNA’

We understand the need to respect and nurture the individuality of each resident, to encourage and support their involvement in daily life, enabling person-centred choices and maintaining dignity.
The equality of all residents is respected ensuring those with impaired mental capacity retain their individuality with their best interests always being put first.
It is our aim to provide a homely environment where the service users feel happy and secure. The Regal Care philosophy aims to provide all its residents with a safe, secure, relaxed home like environment, where their care, wellbeing and and comfort are of prime importance.
Room fees can be funded privately, or through the Local Authority “Direct payment scheme” with our partnered local authorities across the U.K.

My mother is very happy at Ashley Court. The staff are very considerate and kind. She enjoys the entertainment that they work hard to provide. All medical needs are taken care of quickly and effectively.
Lots of activities throughout the month and lots of opportunities for the residents to participate. Care is at the front of everything that is done. Medical issues were taken care of promptly.
