Our Facilities

Our Care Communities are decorated to a high standard using quality bespoke furniture and soft furnishings. We are currently embarking on an extensive refurbishment and redecoration plan over the next 2-3 years throughout all of our communities.

In making sure we create the right type of atmosphere, we have been working with numerous design teams and interior designers with years of experience in the care sector, creating these types of environments. Our design teams visit each home and work with the management teams and residents to create bespoke interiors that everyone will be happy with.

Our bedrooms are bright and homely - all rooms come complete with a full set of bedroom furniture consisting of: bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and a relaxing seating area.

The bedrooms we have available are single, double, single en-suite and large en-suite, enabling us to cater to all needs and requirements. Rooms that are not en suite have basins and storage for toiletries.

Ensuring that our communities are accessible and that our residents have freedom of movement is important to us. Our homes are wheelchair-friendly and our upper floors are accessible either by lifts or stair lifts. Our bathrooms, wet rooms and shower rooms are also fully accessible.

All of our care homes have Wi-Fi. Our tablets or computer centres provide easy access for residents to skype with family and friends.

Wi-Fi has become one of most requested guest amenities in the last few years and our new system allows us to meet and exceed resident and family expectations. We use the most up to date Wi-Fi technology at our homes with the fastest speeds, and no drop-outs! As a result, residents and family can use their tablets, laptops and other Wi-Fi devices throughout our homes and bedrooms.

We are currently upgrading our internet speed from FTTC to fibre-leased line 100/100 at all our Homes. The biggest advantage of a leased line is that we do not need to share this connection with anyone else. This means that unlike a standard internet connection we will not experience slow speeds and downtime at peak times when other users are trying to access the internet. Our cloud-based system gives us the ability to monitor our Wi-Fi infrastructure real time, 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

Whilst it’s difficult to not provide free Wi-Fi these days, it is accepted to provide a faster service at a price. With our new Wi-Fi system Portal, we can also create dedicated Wi-Fi to our residents which can be sold at our homes.
