“Warm, friendly staff who always treat residents with kindness and dignity. There is excellent entertainment - sing-a-long music, dancing (fantastic to see many residents dancing with staff and visitors - certainly brings a tear to your eye!).
Relatives are welcomed with a cup of tea - it's the best cafe in town! - and are certainly made to feel part of the family.
Highly recommended. You can't buy kindness!”

“Dad had to go into care as he was no longer able to care for himself. From the moment we walked into the home we knew this was the right place. The staff were very welcoming and friendly - being able to choose his room was something I'd never expected and was delighted by. Sadly Dad's time in the home was short as he passed away at the beginning of August.
The care he received from the staff was second to none even when the dementia changed his character the staff always showed him love and respect. The last few weeks of his life were hard on us as a family but the care never changed. The staff were amazing both to Dad and to us, it made a hard time a little easier to bear with the staff's care.
His loss has left a huge hole but knowing he was cared for so well in his last few months - even more so in the last weeks has made this a little easier.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Loose Court to anyone. It is an amazing home (emphasis on the word home it really is home from home).”

“Aunty has now been in this home for six months and has settled well due to the excellent care she receives. All staff are friendly and cannot do enough for Aunty. Aunty is kept clean and well cared for and encouraged with help in daily living activities. Food is excellent and in particular, if Aunty fancies something, staff try their hardest to supply. All staff interact well with Aunty to ensure she is happy and close family members are made to feel welcome when visiting.
Senior staff go over and above their job roles for Aunty and other residents and are a credit to the home as not only have they made Aunty feel part of one big family they also have made me feel so comfortable when visiting. Senior staff go out of their way to make sure Aunty has everything she needs for her care on a day to day basis and I cannot thank them enough for the hard decision we had to make in putting Aunty in a home at 98, but they have made this an easier decision with having given excellent care.”

“My father was treated with love and kindness. Our family were treated as members of a large family. We were always kept informed of any health issues and when anyone rang with enquiries the staff went out of there way to help. The activities brought him out of himself and made him smile and we were very impressed with all the activities that were on hand for seven days a week. Would be happy for any other members of our family to reside there.”

The care has been first class at all times in periods of good and bad health.
