Care CertificateRegal Care Trading ensures that relevant care staff within our care teams have signed and understood 'The Care Certificate'.
The Care Certificate is an agreed and recognised set of standards that health and social care workers adhere to in their daily working life. The Certificate enables everyone to have the confidence that workers in the care sector have the skills, knowledge and behaviour to provide appropriate person-centred, care and support.

National Vocational QualificationsAll of our health care assistants are expected to work towards a minimum of a NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 1. They then all have the opportunity to progress on further in Levels 2-5. NursesOur qualified and highly skilled Nursing Teams are also expected to keep abreast of all the latest training and research as well as undertaking refresher courses.  |
